Dean Leffingwell, Entrepreneur, Author, CEO of Scaled Agile Inc. and creator of the Scaled Agile Framework® makes a rare visit to the UK. I’ve had the great chance to spend a day with Dean and Radtac, where we engaged in a series of events.
In between a client visit, an executive briefing and a Meetup, Dean was so kind to answer a series of questions around SAFe®, which we had prepared for him. Needless to say, it’s a great privilege to be able to hear from the creator of SAFe himself, so we wanted to share this privilege with you in a series of blog posts.
This series of blogs will see me, Darren Wilmshurst (Director of Radtac and a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer) talk to the creator of the Scaled Agile Framework® about the future of SAFe, the challenges around adoption, and much more, in the form of short video interviews.
The first video, which you can watch below, features Dean talking about the vision of SAFe over the next few years, and whether and whether the Framework will extend to the wider enterprise, in particular beyond just the software and system elements of the organisation.
Also, if you watch the video below, you will find out how SAFe balances ‘continuous delivery’ with updates to the Big Picture.
Do you have any questions related to what Dean is saying in the video? Use the comments box below to post them.
Stay close for the next videos in this series, which will be published over the coming weeks. Sign up to blog notifications to make sure you don’t miss out on any of them.
Bonus: Watch the Meetup video from An Evening with Dean Leffingwell, where Dean explains the latest updates to the Framework.
