Travelport have seen an increase of predictability in in their system very quickly with the introduction of agile.
Travelport had been on an agile transformation for a few years but back 2018 they realised that it was much bigger than technology and decided to tackle a full enterprise-wide transformation with SAFe®.
Indeed, it was great to see Travelport present their story on the main stage at the SAFe® 2019 Global Summit in San Diego and Radtac is proud to be part of that journey.

In May 2018 they launched their first Agile Release Train and have since launched a further 9 trains.
Very quickly Travelport saw great results. The teams are now achieving 85% commit to delivery – a quick increase in predictability. With happier teams, who were working on more valuable work;
