Investing in the right skills to lead your organisation to success, are Power Skills the new Soft Skills?
Since the 1980’s we have experienced a digital revolution. An age of disruption where technology is a leading factor in the survival of all businesses. Until now organisations striving for continuous improvement have benefited by investing heavily in a workforce with strong technological skills, or so called ‘hard skills’ but is this enough?
Great news is worth sharing quick, which is why we’re very excited to tell you what we’ve been working on lately: we’re opening a new Radtac location in Finland! The Finland hub is joining our global network, enabling us to further support our Nordics and European customers. Please join us in saying Hei Suomi! [Hi Finland!]
At Radtac, everything we do revolves around our passion to help organisations become more responsive, and we do this through enabling them to adopt, embed and evolve Agile ways of working.
Over the years, we have worked with you, our customers, to support you on your Agile journeys. We’ve been all over the world with you - from Silicon Valley, to New York, Zürich, Berlin, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Kigali, Dubai, Delhi, Beijing, Singapore - you name it. And while we love travelling, having local hubs close to our customers enables us to support you even better. This is why we’re so excited about the latest Radtac hub in Finland.
Expanding our British roots into the US: Radtac launches office in the US
‘Radtac’ - if there’s an American way to say it, then please imagine it now. Why? Well, you might need it.
Because we’ve always loved our American cousins, we’ve decided there’s no better way of showing that, than by effectively marching in there. Ok, what we actually mean is by expanding across the pond.
You’ve read that right. As of now (well, actually a little while ago, but we’ve been busy debating ‘color’ and ‘colour’, ‘organisation’ and ‘organization’), British roots have extended to the United States of America.
At the moment, you can find us in the tech hotbed that is Silicon Valley, California, with our office located near San Francisco. Come say Hello if you’re around - we’ll treat you to some tea!
